Our Philosophy
|
Jenlist Distributors philosophy could probably be summed up by the adage "do unto others as you would have them do unto you".
Our experience as retailers, wholesalers, employees, parents and customers combine to form the basis of how we run our organization. We try to draw on our experiences to create the best possible outcomes for everyone we deal with.
As retailers in the hospitality, tyre and newsagency industry we understand that our customers want reliable, honest, fair and dynamic service and products.
As wholesalers we understand our supplier’s needs for committed, professional and honest business practice.
Having been employees we strive to provide a safe, secure, equitable work environment with "best practice" in regards to flexible, unbiased employment policies. We understand the needs of parents and have endeavoured to accommodate requests from our employees to help in the difficult task of balancing home and work life.
As customers we know that the end users of our products want solutions – not talk but real solutions – and their satisfaction flows through the supply chain bringing satisfaction to everyone involved.
Finally we endeavor to conduct our business in an environmentally responsible manner. After all "we are all in this together."
If we had to choose a word we hope best describes our business philosophy it would be "ethical". |
