James Simadas

Managing Director

Profile
James, along with his wife Donna established Jenlist Distributors in April of 1998. His hard work and determination over the years has helped develop this company into what it is today.
James is passionate about technology and passionate about the industry that Jenlist Distributors is a part of. He enjoys spending as much time as he can out on the road visiting our retailers and as a Newsagent once himself finds he can relate to the needs of our customers.

Claim to Fame
James was a Celebrity guest cooking Fries at Blaxland McDonald's Mc Happy Day in 1995. Needless to say, it's a small town.
  Donna Simadas

Position
Financial Controller

Profile
Wife of James and co-founder of Jenlist Distributors Donna's contribution to the Jenlist Team goes far beyond the Financial Contol. There is a saying 'The man is the head of the household but the Woman is the neck and she can turn the head whichever way she likes'.
Donna is heavily involved in the daily operation of Jenlist Distributors and is extremely passionate about creating an enjoyable, safe and dynamic work environment for all Jenlist staff.

Claim to Fame
Participating in The Cancer Councils 'Shave for a Cure' in March 2010, in which she completely shaved her head bald raising $4000.00 for Leukemia research.
Samantha Morley

Position
Operations Manager

Profile
One of our longest serving employees Samantha began with Jenlist Distributors in 2002 packing parcels for delivery. She has worked her way up through the company and now basically runs the show. Samantha has eight years worth of Jenlist knowledge hidden away somewhere and is the go to person for answers.
Responsible for the daily operation of Jenlist Distributors she is never afraid to go above and beyond for the company and is a great asset to Jenlist Distributors

Claim to Fame
She is constantly mistaken for Lilly Allen.

Simon Davidson

Position
National Sales Manager

Profile
Simon was born and raised in New Zealand and is our token Kiwi. Prior to working for Jenlist Distributors he was the Australian Business Development Manager for the New Zealand based Fresh Print Company. He commenced employment with Jenlist Distributors when the Australian distribution rights for The Fresh Print Company were handed to us.
Simon takes a real hands on approach to his role as National Sales Manager and spends at least 50% of his time out on the road working with our Sales Representatives, attending trade fairs, conferences and visiting our valued retailers. His role allows him to mix his passion for technology products, with his 10+ years of sales experience, working with brands such as Nokia and MobilefoneRepair.com.

Claim to Fame
Holds an undefeated coaching record in Rugby Union. (he only coached for one season)

Cassie Simadas

Position
National Sales Administrator

Profile
Cassie is the behind the scenes version of Simon. She works closely with him helping to manage the sales staff. The Daughter of James and Donna, Cassie has been with Jenlist full time for over three years. Prior to this she worked part time for the company whilst studying. She began her full time position with Jenlist as a Sales Representative before she moved into the office to take up the Accounts Receivable position. She is now working as part of the Sales team again and enjoys the challenge it involves.

Her dad was a Celebrity Fries Cooker at Blaxland McDonald's McHappy Day in 1995.
The Sales Team
Jenlist Distributors has an energetic and enthusiastic team of sales and merchandising staff across Australia. Our team consists of over 50 staff who specialise in sales and merchandising. We empower our staff with a wealth of product knowledge and training and always ensure that customer service is their number one priority. If you would like one of our team to visit you then please contact us at the office. One of our friendly office staff will be able to assist in organising a visit.
The Logistics Team
The Jenlist Distributors logistics term works tirelessly on ensuring our customers receive their stock in a timely manner. Physically they are the hardest working members of our team with most of the day spent run off their feet. Jenlist ships approxmately 150 parcels per day with our record being 410 parcels in the one day.
The Customer Relations Team
Returns, Accounts, Reception and Administration form our valuable customer relations team. These are the guys who you speak to when you call into the office and they are the ones supporting our retailers on a daily basis. Combined they are a world of knowledge and are never afraid to go above and beyond for one of our valued customers.
The Internal Sales and Marketing Team
This Jenlist team consists of our marketing and advertising department, the sales support staff and our internal sales experts. All trained in customer service they offer that extra expertise in sales to help assist our customers in acheiveing the most they can out of their business. Working with both incoming and outgoing calls, there is never a moment of quiet in the sales office.
